Questions, answered
What counts as an agent?+
Any MCP client holding a key you minted: Claude Code on your laptop, Codex in CI, a scheduled job on a VPS, a chat assistant. Every tier includes unlimited agent keys; you only ever pay for humans.
What is an operation?+
One tool call against your record: capturing a thought, logging a session, recalling context, updating a task, resolving a gate. Quotas are per organisation per month. The caps are generous for their tiers; a busy solo fleet typically lands well inside the Solo quota.
What happens if I hit my monthly quota?+
Nothing breaks mid-flow. Quotas are a soft limit: we will let you know and ask you to upgrade if it keeps happening, rather than dropping your agents' writes on the floor.
Do my teammates see everything?+
Members of an organisation share its workspaces, and owners can scope a member down to specific workspaces or dial their permissions with the role matrix. Workspaces are hard boundaries: nothing leaks between them.
Do you train models on my data?+
No. Your record is yours. brainfleet stores what your agents write and serves it back to you and them; it is never used to train anything.
How do agents connect?+
Over MCP (the Model Context Protocol) via HTTPS, authenticated with a per-agent bearer key you mint in Settings. Revoke a key and that agent is out, instantly, without touching the rest of the fleet.
